Important Booking Rules

Domestic Flights: Book your pickup at least 4 hours before departure.

International Flights: Book your pickup at least 5 hours before departure.

We are not responsible for missed flights if these windows are not met.

What is the price for the shuttle?

The Airport Shuttle is $70 one-way when booking online. Children under 8 years old are $25. There is an additional $10 charge when booking through an agent.

Do you take pets?

Yes, we are Pet Friendly! There is a $10 fee per pet. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can accommodate accordingly.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We require 24-hour notice for changes or cancellations to receive credit. You can also purchase Trip Insurance (+15%) to cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before trip for a full reimbursement.

Do you service the Brightline Train?

Yes! We drop off at MCO Terminal C, where the Brightline Station is located. Book your shuttle transfer and connect seamlessly.

How do I find you at the airport?

At Orlando International Airport (MCO), find us at Terminal A & B, Level 1 (Ground Transportation), in the Commercial Lane at designated Spots 14 & 15.

What time will I be picked up?

Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Ocala: 15 minutes prior to shuttle time. Hilton Ocala: 10 minutes after shuttle time. Sleep Inn Marion Oaks: 25 minutes after shuttle time. Comfort Inn Wildwood: 40 minutes after shuttle time. Home pick-ups are available for select zip codes with a extra fee.

Do you provide private car service?

Yes! Our SUV Private Transport offers premium black car service with Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition Max vehicles. Real-time flight monitoring and ultimate privacy. We also serve anywhere in Florida.

How do I reschedule my trip?

There is a link at the bottom of your confirmation email to reschedule your shuttle. Please note that 24-hour notice is required for changes unless trip insurance was purchased.
